If we need to cancel trip - full refund.
If trip cancelled due to circumstances NOT under our control (i.e. airline does not send flight, war, etc.) we will NOT provide a refund.
We encourage everybody to buy trip insurance that includes trip cancellation. Search for trip insurance you like. (We have purchased from AAA and have been satisfied, but there are other vendors.)

by Feb 12 - full refund minus $250
by Mar 31 - full refund minus $500
by Apr 30 - full refund minus $750
by Aug 20 - full refund minus $1000
Aug 20 and after
